PGAL was selected by METRO Development for the planning and concept design for this retail plaza to be located on South Las Vegas Boulevard. The 58,500 SF plaza is designed to capture the increasing visitor volume at the end of the Las Vegas Strip with outdoor walkways, eateries and valet parking.
