Prepared a facilities master plan for a rapidly growing city of 50,000 residents. The plan addresses 5, 10, 15 and 20-year growth projections for departments and facilities. The master plan includes a detailed road map for growth of City departments; a plan for future capital improvements; identification of facility shortcomings based on current and projected staffing requirements; and a plan to meet future projected needs.
