Prepared preliminary and final engineering and architectural prototype design services for two Border Safety Inspection Facilities (BSIF) - the Bridge of the Americas and Port of Zaragoza-Yselta. The 15 and 40 acre sites include concrete tilt wall inspection, administration, and observation buildings. The scope of work includes asphalt and concrete paving; building foundations with depressed pit inspection bays; storm sewer; sanitary sewer and water lines; a retention pond; traffic management system devices and infrastructure; signing and pavement markings; high mast lighting; electrical and telecommunication connections; sidewalks and ADA ramps; landscaping; and security fences and gates.
