Prepared civil/site designs for a new 37,800 SF office/inspection facility to accommodate six federal agencies involved in the inspection of air cargo and an adjacent 14,225 SF treatment facility for the fumigation of contaminated cargo. The treatment facility incorporated cutting edge technology to allow the USDA to safely perform enclosed fumigations necessary for its operation. The project included 31,000 LF of new roadway with associated utility, drainage, and security improvements.
