Prepared civil engineering design for this 12-acre site to accommodate a 73,000 SF, 152-bed facility. The work includes paving, grading, drainage and utilities. The utilities include a 200 GPM water well, a 65,000 gallon ground storage tank, a 750 GPM effluent duplex lift station, and 3,500 LF of 4-inch effluent force main. The project also included the design for 1,000 LF of asphalt entry road to the site, with adjacent parking and associated drainage culverts and ditches. The design provides for backup power sources for the water well and sewage treatment for emergency operations during a catastrophic storm event.
