Provided construction management and inspection services to the City as part of the $1.7B program to upgrade Houston’s wastewater system, reduce infiltration and inflow, and enable the City to properly handle wet weather peak flows. The work includes CCTV and manhole inspections and smoke and dye testing of existing sewer lines as well as encoding sewer condition for future repair recommendations. PGAL received follow-on design assignments to implement the solutions, which include renovation, upgrade, and/or abandonment and replacement of sewer lines, lift stations wastewater treatment plants and manholes.
