Provided planning, design and construction management services for the development of a chilled water network through downtown Houston. The work includes the installation of 22,000 LF of pipelines under the streets of downtown to furnish chilled water to buildings and developments in the City. PGAL coordinated the work with all public and private utility companies, the City of Houston and METRO. The scope of work includes a pipeline network primarily installed by shaft and tunnel construction; associated fiber-optic telecommunication system; traffic control plans for most of the downtown area and construction phasing.
