Prepared PS&E for a 2.5-mile stretch of the IH-10 Katy Freeway. PGAL's roadway design includes 5 miles of three-lane frontage roads, 12 entrance and exit ramps, one braided ramp, and 4 major intersecting streets. Work includes oversight of all utility adjustments and relocations. Design provides for the relocation of the City's sanitary sewer and water facilities and a large detention pond for area drainage.
