As General Engineering Consultant for the bus-based Regional Mobility Plan, PGAL was responsible for the design and construction of seven major north-south streets and six east-west cross connector streets. The project includes improvements to the function and aesthetics of the pedestrian environment creating a new image for Houston’s downtown. PGAL led two major phases - Preliminary Engineering and Detailed Architectural Design.
