Prepared preliminary engineering and design for reconstruction of the roadway. The scope of work includes drainage analysis, sheet flow analysis, storm sewer design and roadway design. Challenges include the loss of large storage volume in roadside ditches that will be filled; very shallow outfall elevations that will require flat storm sewers; and existing monolithic box culvert that will be at, or below, the proposed pavement.
