PGAL, as part of a joint venture team, was selected to provide planning, programming, design and management services for various facility development projects. Major work items include commissioning services related to a new 2.2 million SF terminal; design and construction services for an $8M terminal rehabilitation; a $21M taxiway reconstruction; a structured cabling installation; the replacement of 28 revolving doors with new, secure door technologies; a new $2M administrative office; and upgrades to a new central plant.
