Prepared preliminary engineering and final design for improvements to Runway 17/35 including shoulders, lighting, blast pads, signage and general airfield upgrades. The scope of work includes drainage improvements; shoulder improvements; signing and striping; utility relocations; 1,910 LF of 36-inch and 800 LF of 48-inch concrete pipe; 1,500 LF of 7x4 foot box culverts and related structures; and high intensity runway lighting including conduit, cables and transformers.
