Provided hydraulic analysis and preliminary engineering for proposed improvements to Gellhorn Drive east of I-610. The study required HEC-1, HEC-2 and HECRAS modeling. PGAL's report recommended the construction of two 10' x 9' cross culverts and improvements to 3,500 feet of outfall channel. The improved channel consists of a 10-foot bottom width with 3.5 to 1 side slopes.
