PGAL was chosen by PANJA, Cushman & Wakefield, and Charter Associates to assist in site selection and master planning, design and construction for the facility; all with the provision for explosive growth potential. This ultra-modern 130,000 SF facility is a monumental demonstration of cutting-edge control systems technology and AMX's ability to act as a test bed for device networking. The entire facility is designed to enhance internal communications and improve efficiencies, and is based around an open office floor plan. The facility contains administrative, design and engineering, laboratories, and help desks. Construction began January 2000, with occupancy September 2000. The facility has won numerous design awards and accolades.
