PGAL designed the new Pompano City Place mixed-use development which is located on 1.01 acres at A1A and Atlantic Boulevard adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. The project includes 51,728 SF commercial and medical offices as well as residential contained within the 10-story, 100,110 SF building. The building was designed to integrate into growing beachfront neighborhood. Four floors contain commercial and medical offices. There are 24 residential units, some of which are two stories in height. The building features a roof deck pool, gymnasium, and cabanas. A four-story, 70,784 SF parking garage provides off street parking for residents and users/visitors with over 150 spaces provided. The exterior is a modern Mediterranean style with warm colors that complement the South Florida environment.
