PGAL designed The Brighton at Bay Colony which is a luxury, high-rise condominium on the Gulf of Mexico within a 225-acre community in Pelican Bay. There are 75 luxury residences, four units per floor, ranging in size from 2,760 SF to 3,450 SF, and two levels of penthouses with two units per floor at 6,330 SF and 6,450 SF. The top-level penthouses feature a private rooftop terrace. The building was strategically located on the site to optimize views from the units. Each unit has frontage on both the Gulf of Mexico and the mangrove preserve. The building is split into two cores with two elevators per core.
