PGAL is providing complete programming and full A/E design services for this new 960 car parking garage design/ build project. Each garage floor is 54,000 SF in this compact site. The program also includes a 9,000 SF office building to house the University traffic and parking divisions. The entire project is being designed to meet a minimum standard of LEED Silver Certification. The garage includes a solar energy system and is designed to blend into the existing campus fabric, integrating fully with the existing pedestrian circulation network and pedestrian/ bicycle facilities. This entire project is on a fast track schedule.
