PGAL has been responsible for the planning, re-zoning, design and interiors of this multi-building mixed-use facility. The 35 acre master planned site was re-zoned due to size limitations and wetland restrictions. The eight office and retail buildings are supported by three parking decks and surface parking dispersed throughout the development. A total of 420,000 SF has been completed to date as well as one 289 car parking deck. 300,000 SF of commercial space and two-parking decks for 400 cars each remain to be completed in the near future.

The mixed-use development offers elements of an urban streetscape tying all buildings and functions together around central boulevard. Exterior materials of brick & pre-cast concrete add to the feeling of a cohesive campus and appearance. These buildings have all been designed for night visibility with specialty lighting. Building height varies from 2-4 stories. Parking decks separate the office buildings providing covered parking for tenants & visitors while the retail buildings straddle and central boulevard and wrap one garage providing screening. Interior concepts feature class "A" Interiors with stone floors, neutral color palette and warm accents.
