PGAL designed the Anadarko Tower was developed as a build-to-suit single tenant building. Crowned with a classical curved metal roof and illuminated at night, the building presents itself as a distinctive corporate icon that captured the client's desired business image as a trend setting major explorer and supplier of petroleum resources.
Site development of this 460,000 SF high-rise building included an entry auto court and plazas featuring outdoor seating. Inviting landscaped retreats and exciting water features were included to provide gracious entries into the building.
Adjacent to the building and connected by a covered concourse, a new 1,200 car, double helical parking garage, also designed by PGAL, was built to accommodate both secured parking for Anadarko employees and flexible unrestricted parking for multi-tenant operation.
