PGAL provided design services for new parking garage. Existing garage holds 1,057 cars and the expansion will accommodate an additional 757 to 1,057 cars in two to three levels. Garage may expand vertically, on top of the existing facility or a second garage may be constructed to the south of the existing structure. Phased construction allowing the existing facility to remain operational during the construction process. In addition to the new structure, the existing structure will be laterally strengthened to conform to the current wind load and code requirements.
