Collin County selected PGAL to provide architectural services for their 300,000 SF courthouse in Collin County, Texas. This project is based on the projected year 2010 courts complex requirements, as recommended in the Collin County Master Plan, also prepared by PGAL.
The first phase of the Collin County Courts Building contains approximately 300,000 SF of space and 14 courtrooms. Collin County's District Courts were relocated to this facility along with the supporting district attorney and clerk functions. The facility was designed to allow expansion to an ultimate build-out of 64 courtrooms and accommodation for all the County Court functions.
