PGAL is currently preparing a master plan for this new 35-acre, 550,000 SF, UTMB / Victory Lakes Medical Campus. As part of UTMB's continued expansion of health care services throughout Texas' southeast region, the University is planning a new clinical complex in the League City area. Facilities, which will be developed in three phases include clinic buildings, medical office buildings, a 100-bed day hospital and an associated 1,000-car parking garage.
