PGAL is currently working with UTMB on the 12,000 SF phased renovation of the 1108 Strand Building to accommodate future research / lab departments. Renovations include interior remodeling for labs, administration and office space, new restrooms, upgrading HVAC systems, the addition of fire sprinklers and fire-alarm system upgrades, new stair, new freight elevator, new ceilings, new carpet and new finishes for public areas.
