The PGAL team was asked by Texas A&M University to provide A/E services for the remodel of one and one half floors of the Reed McDonald Building, originally built in 1966, to include major building renovation and reconfiguration as well as building life safety/accessibility code compliance upgrades and MEP upgrades. The renovation was necessitated to accommodate additional staff and the need for additional laboratory space within the department. The project remodeled ½ of the third floor and the entire fourth floor into a synthetic chemistry lab space.
