PGAL was selected to design The Meadows Hospital Medical Center, a new hospital and medical campus to serve the fast-growing northwest section of North Las Vegas. The 40-acre site is anchored by the new 208-bed neighborhood hospital, which features an oversized emergency room; ten delivery rooms; a general service lab with facilities for phebotomy/2 blood drawing stations, specimen processing center, chemistry work center, serology, urinalysis, hematology center, blood bank storage, and grossing room; and a staff of 500.
The campus includes the aforementioned 350,000 SF hospital, two 115,000 SF medical office buildings, and other amenities. In addition to the hospital and medical office buildings, PGAL was responsible for design of a $6.2M parking garage.
