PGAL designed the Doral Costa Office Park as a mixed use complex consisting of two 125,000 square foot office buildings, each containing four floors of Class A office space and one, three-story office/retail building on an outparcel. The buildings are arranged around a central landscaped island that allows for both pedestrian and vehicular circulation through the site. A classical tripartite scheme with a modern vocabulary has been utilized to create a formal yet fresh exterior image. The central lobby space enriched with warm tones of gold echoes the Mediterranean architecture of South Florida. Office space is easily dividable into bays and smaller units, creating a personalized workspace for each tenant. Doral Costa Office Park was developed by Trammell Crow.
