PGAL provided architectural services for Anadarko Tower, a build-to-suit, single-tenant building that offers a ten-year build-out. Unused floors are sub-dividable into market sensitive, multi-tenant floors as required by operations and market conditions.
Five Greenspoint Plaza, also known as the Anadarko Tower, is a bold new representation of corporate architecture in Houston, embracing new investment building ideas to incorporate symbolism, historical references and functional excellence. It was the first high-rise office building to "come out of the ground" in Houston after the City's last economic downturn.
