Completion Date: 2004

The City of Sugar Land has experienced phenomenal growth over the last ten years, with 18 planned communities and increased employment of 51%. PGAL is designing and coordinating all aspects of the new City Hall building including security, technology, and interior design. Total project cost will be approximately $18M; construction cost is estimated at $12M. Construction on the facility should be complete by the end of 2004.
