PGAL designed a new 36,276 SF Multi-Service Center and 12,460 SF Fire Station for the City of Miramar who was responding to the need of the community who are predominately elderly. The objective of this project is to provide support to the elderly/retiree population with affordable meal plans, education, recreation, and other health services. In addition, the center will be opened to the community to provide after-school services, educational, health, and family programs.
