PGAL is prime consultant providing architectural and engineering services for the new 400,000 SF administration headquarters for METRO, the transit authority that serves the nation's fourth largest city. Also included is the adjacent 30,000 SF transit center that will function as a hub for METRO's 1,400-bus fleet and new light rail line. The downtown site was selected to be the jewel in the crown of METRO's $300M, 16-station light rail transit starter line, for which PGAL also provides architectural and engineering services under separate contract. To complement the starter line's completion, PGAL provided fast-track design to enable this facility's construction by 2004.
